Michelle Arrazcaeta loves brave ideas, good people, and loud laughter.
As a Creative Strategy Consultant at the intersection of brand and innovation, she builds brands, designs audience and user research, and collaborates with teams to launch brave and responsible ideas. Her strategy career started at Wieden+Kennedy, an ad agency in Portland, working on campaigns and leading research for Nike, Turbotax, EA Sports, and others. She then joined The Future Company, a design and research startup that applied design thinking, equity, and entrepreneurship to complex social issues. Before, in-between, and after those jobs, she freelanced for ad agencies like 72andSunny and consulted social enterprises like Thinx. She also experimented with entrepreneurship by launching a side business giving girls the guts to travel solo.
Michelle balances geeking out on personal development and holistic wellness with hiking adventures upstate, traveling to and exploring other cultures, volunteering as a mentor coach, and taking hip hop and salsa classes.
