Unlock Your Leadership Potential: How to Collapse Time with Coach to Billionaires

This event is part of Badassery Academy, a members-only workshop series that provides tools and inspiration to take your thought leadership to the next level. Learn more about membership benefits here.

We asked Victoria Song, friend of Badassery and Leadership Advisor to founders and CEOs of many of the world’s fastest growing companies, “How do your clients achieve improbable outcomes in record time?

If you’re reading this, buckle up because Victoria Song is on a mission to make the impossible probable–and we’re going to recap exactly how she suggests individuals can “bend reality.”

To appreciate the badassery of Victoria Song, one would be remiss not to mention her litany of extraordinary achievements: Song has racked up degrees at both Yale University and Harvard Business School, and then as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Venture Capitalist.

After achieving success without fulfillment, Song set off on an unusual quest to study with over 25 of the world’s best coaches, therapists, and healers. She then deployed the skills and tools she’d learned with a diverse group of the world’s highest performers. By accessing this extraordinary ability, her clients have reported impressive achievements of their own such as the sale of a company for four billion dollars, growing revenue 1000% during a pandemic, and designing a more effective Covid vaccine. Not too shabby, if we do say so ourselves.

Through it all, Song discovered the codes that enable her clients to bend reality in the direction they want. She reveals the meta framework behind peak performance, personal development, and real magic that is accessible to all in her book “Bending Reality: How to Make the Impossible Probable.”

In her recent Badassery Academy workshop on collapsing time around your goals, Victoria shared her learnings on specific mental shifts that might challenge your perspective, and outlook (we dare say 👀), on life. We’re summarizing a few of our key takeaways here:

  1. Most of the world operates in a field of predictability where comfort and certainty are valued above all else. This field creates safety. Here, you expect things to take however long the status quo believes things take, and results are linear: work harder, long hours to create more money and impact.

  2. But entrepreneurs play in an elevated paradigm - the field of possibility—where uncertainty is the name of the game. Here, you attempt to do things you’ve never done before and often have never even seen others do. Maybe it’ll work, maybe it won’t work. While working harder, longer hours was required to create results in the field of predictability, embodying courage is required to play in the field of possibility, where the results are exponential.

  3. Once you learn how to navigate fear, doubt, and the anxiety of the unknown with a courageous “bring it” attitude, you’re able to access the field of potentiality: outcomes beyond comprehension. This is the territory where you throw out the how and any playbook, and you trust and surrender to the idea that things may turn out better than your best plans. Unattached from time pressure and expectations, this is the realm of making the impossible probable.

Song supports her clients in mastering their inner game so they can play in these elevated fields of reality. For more information on Victoria Song, and her new WSJ bestselling book “Bending Reality: How to Make the Impossible Probable,” visit her website.
